The Hope Centre – Child Care Facility
The project consisted of 4000 sq. ft. of new construction for a daycare and preschool. Waypoint Projects installed the sanitary and water distribution systems, gas system and commercial grade fixtures. The engineered mechanical system included hydronic radiant floors, indirect hot water, a fan coil unit all run off a high efficiency propane boiler for optimal energy use and efficiency. The mechanical room also included an on-site micro and UV Filtration water treatment system.
The Gabriola Community Hall – Restoration
The Community Hall was severely damaged in a flood and Waypoint Projects was part of the crew that provided the restoration work. We installed new bathrooms and fixtures, new water distribution lines and a completely revamped mechanical room. The existing boiler was re-piped to supply the in-floor hydronic system and fan coil units. The water treatment system was upgraded with high flow filter micro filter housings and UV filtration.
